The Arizona Jogging Club exists to create a healthier, more active community in the Phoenix area. It is meant to be a welcoming environment for everyone, providing a team-like atmosphere in which to progress at your own rate. It will consist of residents from Ahwatukee, Laveen, Goodyear, Gilbert, Chandler, and Tempe.

Description:
- No experience required, but all levels of joggers welcome.
- Jogging is a bit more than a walk.
- Start with a short amount of time or distance then increase as you improve.
- Jog until you are puffing, then walk until your breathing is normal again.
- Repeat until you have covered a distance manageable for your current fitness and time you have.
- Eventually work up to a mile or two, or three.
- Jogging can be done anywhere, by anyone, ages 6-106, male or female.
- Wear a pair of comfortable shoes with thick, moderately cushioned soles.
- Group/team fitness environment - accountability & consistency
For your health:
- When a sedentary individual turns 30, any natural physical fitness begins to plummet.
- Jogging is the key to turning back the clock on physical aging.
- Take your tired, middle-aged self on a path to youthful vigor.
- Relieve stress and feel good about your health for a change.
- Combat and eliminate obesity in youth and adults while forming good fitness habits.

Introductory rates (Individuals):
$10 per person per month ($120 when you pay for 12 months up front) Offer expires May 31, 2023
$15 per person per month ($90 when you pay for 6 months up front) Offer expires May 31, 2023
$30 per person per month going on a month-to-month basis
Introductory rates (Families):
Family rates include 3-5 members from the same household. To combat childhood obesity, children ages 6 and up are encouraged.
$30 per family per month ($360 when you pay for 12 months up front) Offer expires May 31, 2023
$42 per family per month ($252 when you pay for 6 months up front) Offer expires May 31, 2023
$85 per family per month, going on a month-to-month basis
