Coach Flash has 30 years of experience with running, learning from the ground up. His methods incorporate an easy, logical buildup from walk/run to eventually being able to run a few miles at a time. The program's purpose is to start beginners off slowly, building up their endurance at a reasonable, attainable level to ward off chances of being injured.
