TRaining Systems


3 options: Payment due at time of practice. Cash or check accepted.

  1. $75 per 2-week session covers approximately 6 practices per session. $40 per week at a time. You may attend as few or as many as you like. 
  2. $15 per drop-in, per person, at your leisure. May bring guests for same rate. Great for someone who can only make it once in a while. If you're attending less than 4 classes in one two-week block, this is your default.
  3. Individual, private sessions available on most Saturdays and Sundays for $75/hr, $50/hr for returning athletes who have done 6 private sessions.

Anyone interested in the sport, ages 10 through adult, 5th grade and up. Parents welcome to sign up and learn alongside the young athletes. Please note: parents aren't allowed to run with their own children at practice. Anyone under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult unless approved by Coach Flash. 

Training for Runners for Track and Cross Country

Running, learning an appreciation and gaining a love for the sport of running, cross country, track and road races. It will feature strengthening, occasional games of Ultimate Frisbee, camaraderie, challenges, confidence building, fun and a coach that cares! This is useful for all sports and usually has a handful of soccer players, basketball players and sprinters, in addition to distance runners.

Group & individualized workouts. Focus on: speed, endurance, form, efficiency, pacing and mental focus. Build belief in self to unlock potential, learn positive thinking and make running a lifetime endeavor and part of a healthy lifestyle. Great preparation for upcoming track season! Provides a great, gradual progression designed to keep athletes healthy and prepare for their current and future grade levels of competition. 


Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays AND optional Sundays from 6:15-7:20 AM.  Athletes may be picked up earlier if they need to get to school. Mondays are generally speed or tempo workouts, Wednesdays are medium distance runs (which will start small and increase as the weeks go by), Thursdays are short runs and fun activities involving a degree of running. Sundays are short runs and running games.
